Our Firm works with Boards of Directors and Management Boards to develop or amend governing documents, including bylaws, operating agreements and plans of operation, and observe corporate formalities and fiduciary duties.   We also have a working knowledge of Robert’s Rules of Order and principles of parliamentary procedure.  We review and draft leases, contracts, purchase and sales agreements, general agreements and other business documents for clients.
